Uniswap Labs is hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to shape the architecture and strategy of the systems behind the largest decentralized exchange — over $4 trillion in volume across 17 chains — plus the Uniswap web app, wallet, Trading API, and Unichain.
What you'll do
- Lead technical initiatives and set architectural direction across backend systems
- Build services that stay correct and available under real trading load
- Work across the products millions of people use to reach the protocol
Requirements
- Staff-level backend engineering on large-scale production systems
- Experience with high-availability services; DeFi or trading systems a strong plus
- Comfort driving technical strategy across teams
