4. User Submissions and Acceptable Use

a. User Submissions: When using features allowing job submissions or organization-related information on our Site, you hereby acknowledge and consent that all user submissions must adhere to the guidelines specified in our Acceptable Use Policy outlined below.

b. License and Ownership: By submitting any content, you affirm that you are the rightful author or possess the necessary rights and permissions for its usage. While retaining ownership of your submissions, you grant Jobs On The Block and other Site users an irrevocable, global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to utilize, store, copy, and distribute the submissions across various media.

In severe cases, a refund might not be provided.

a. 6. Refunds and Payments

a. Refunds for EU Customers: As an EU customer, you understand and agree that upon purchasing our services, Jobs On The Block will grant you immediate access to the service, and you expressly waive your right to withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period. This policy aligns with our refund policy and complies with applicable EU consumer protection laws. Please note that once access to the service is provided, refunds will not be granted for EU customers.

b. Payment and Pricing: When making payments for our premium services, you agree to adhere to the fees specified in our pricing policy. We aim to provide transparent and accurate pricing information for our users.

Guidelines Violation and Account Termination: Jobs On The Block reserves the exclusive right to permanently ban any user from our platform if their conduct violates our guidelines. The determination of guidelines violations rests solely with us, and in such cases, we do not offer appeals or refunds.

Delayed Transactions: In the event of a user's payment method being declined, Jobs On The Block may attempt to process the transaction again under the same conditions as the initial purchase. This reprocessing will occur within a few days of the user's initial attempt to purchase their membership. Upon successful completion of the transaction, the user will receive an email confirmation.

You acknowledge and accept that pre-paid fees are non-refundable. Additionally, if applicable fees have not been paid, you will remain liable to pay the entire fees due for the job posting in the event that it is in breach of our Terms of Use.

7. Modifications and Termination

a. Modifications: Jobs On The Block may modify these TOS at any time by updating this page. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed about any changes. Your continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

b. Termination: Jobs On The Block may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these TOS.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be constructed according to and are governed by the laws of New Mexico, regardless of where Jobs on the Block operates or you use Jobs on the Block from. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these TOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Mexico.
