Responsibilities
- Convert Leads to Clients
- Retain/Upsell Clients
- Communicate with clients (calls, chats, e-mails) in accordance with the existing high-quality standards
- Coordinate efforts with all the adjacent departments
- Report regularly to the head of the department
Requirement
- Native or Fluent German
- Fluent English (Upper Intermediate or higher)
- Experience in Fin-Tech or Crypto
- Phone sales experience
- Knowledge of Blockchain and Cryptomarkets
