Ready Player Me is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager

*US remote or Europe remote

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team and be one of the founding members of the Marketing team! Your contribution will play a critical role in helping thousands of developers to build the future of gaming, apps, and digital experiences!

Your daily adventures will include:

• Working in a remote-first startup environment and feeling comfortable working across time zones.
• Playing a key role within the marketing team, responsible for promoting brand and product awareness among developers, content creators, and end users.
• Managing product launches, which encompasses everything from crafting the messaging and planning the launch, to curating website content and driving demand generation activities.
• Turning technical content (blogs, presentations, etc.) into marketing assets (e-books, drip campaigns, etc.).
• Building scalable structures and programs (e.g., content calendars and pipelines).
• Creating compelling product positioning and conducting market fit analysis.
• Traveling up to 20% of the work time.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience working in consumer-facing Product or Developer Marketing and marketing to a technical audience.
• Experience in cooperating with sales teams and understanding sales enablement through campaigns, product launches, and demandgen activities.
• Experience in building programs and processes from scratch.
• A portfolio/examples of technical marketing content you have written.

As a bonus, it would be awesome if you:

• Have experience with Demandgen and SEO.
• Have experience with Webflow and Hubspot.
• Have experience in creating and managing in-person events.
• Have knowledge of gaming platform technologies like Unity and/or Unreal.
• Love playing games.
